As Marketing & Design Coordinator at Appnovation, I support global brand and marketing initiatives through visual design, campaign content, motion graphics, and AI-driven storytelling. My work helps strengthen Appnovation’s evolving identity as a digital transformation partner “Fueled by experience, powered by AI,” especially across pharma, healthcare, and AI-focused narratives.
Goals
Support Appnovation’s shift toward stronger AI-focused storytelling, improve visual consistency across marketing channels, and contribute to campaigns targeting healthcare and pharma while preparing assets for the upcoming website refresh.
What I've done far
Created pharma ad graphics for the awareness phase, refreshed the brand with a new logo animation, produced the 2025 Appnovation client mockup sizzle reel, and maintained internal email newsletters with updated visuals and layouts.
Currently doing:
Leading the AI podcast initiative by transforming marketing blogs and thought leadership into audio content, developing a new ad campaign aligned with current tech trends, building reusable ad design templates in Figma, and producing additional internal videos to expand our motion-based storytelling.
GOALS & CHALLENGES
Appnovation is expanding its presence in regulated industries like healthcare and pharma while amplifying its AI capabilities. My role is to support this shift by:
Creating content that builds awareness in the pharma/health space
Strengthening AI-focused brand messaging
Introducing more motion and video into our marketing
Supporting current website content while preparing for a future migration to Builder.io
DIGITAL CONTENT, MOTION, AND WEBSITE SUPPORT


My work spans a wide range of digital and motion deliverables that support Appnovation’s ongoing marketing and brand initiatives. I designed graphics for client case studies, thought leadership, and project highlights on our website, ensuring each asset aligned with the client and Appno brand identity.
I also refreshed Appnovation’s logo animation in After Effects, modernizing the motion style and color treatment to match our current visual direction.
I produced internal company culture videos and helped assemble the 2025 client-work mockup sizzle reel, which showcases recent projects through a cohesive, high-impact visual narrative. Together, these pieces strengthened the consistency and quality of our digital presence while preparing visual assets for the upcoming migration to Builder.io.
PHARMA CAMPAIGN & CROSS-CHANNEL CONTENT DESIGN


For our multi-phase pharma awareness campaign, I developed creative directions, ad iterations, and visual treatments that communicate complex digital transformation themes to a highly regulated industry audience. Alongside campaign work, I maintained Appnovation’s ongoing LinkedIn presence by creating visual assets for hiring announcements, thought leadership, and corporate updates. I also supported internal communications by designing and managing monthly email newsletters. Across these channels, my focus has been on delivering design that is clear, brand-aligned, and strategically tailored to the platform and audience.
AI BRAND STORYTELLING & PODCAST DEVELOPMENT
To support Appnovation’s shift toward more visible AI-focused positioning, I created visual and written content that illustrates how the company incorporates AI into its digital experience work. I am currently leading the creative direction for Appnovation’s AI podcast initiative: establishing the visual identity, episode branding, and AI-generated voice/host assets using Wondercraft. This work expands our thought leadership into a new medium while reinforcing our “Fueled by experience, powered by AI” narrative. In parallel, I am developing a new ad campaign informed by emerging industry trends and building a set of reusable Figma design templates to streamline future ad production and improve consistency across marketing outputs.
